Distillers Dinner @ Forage

Forage connects diners to farmers, fishers and foragers. Also on the menu? Local distilleries, wineries and breweries. This is why Chef Chris Whittaker is offering a terroir-based 6 course dinner to celebrate local distilleries with the BC Distilled Festival. Chef has chosen the menu to pair with a cocktail and the straight version of these spirits. 

The distillers from Sheringham Distillery, Wayward Distillers, Dubh Glas Distillery, Odd Society Spirits, Sons of Vancouver, and Okanagan Spirits will be present to enjoy the evening with us.

A vegetarian option is available for the dinner.
