Distillers Dinner @ Forage
Starting before the dinner on April 6 at 5:30, we will hold a cocktail reception with the distillers. Sons of Vancouver will be preparing three amazing cocktails for us to enjoy at Timber, prior to moving into Forage for dinner. A limited number of tickets are available for those attending the dinner. Canapés will be served. Distillers will be present.

The dinner takes place on Friday, April 6, 7:00pm at Forage Restaurant. We will pair six courses with six cocktails and spirits samples. The distillers will be present to chat and talk about their spirits.
Forage connects diners to farmers, fishers and foragers. Also on the menu? Local distilleries, wineries and breweries. This is why Chef Chris Whittaker is offering a terroir-based 6 course dinner to celebrate local distilleries with the BC Distilled Festival. Chef has chosen the menu to pair with a cocktail and the straight version of these spirits.
A vegetarian option is available for the dinner.
