Distillers Dinner @ Forage

Forage connects diners to farmers, fishers and foragers. Also on the menu? Local distilleries, wineries and breweries. Forage will offer a terroir-based 6 course dinner to celebrate local distilleries with the BC Distilled Festival. Chef has chosen the menu to pair with a cocktail and the straight version of these spirits.
A vegetarian option is available for the dinner.
Due to the nature of the event, meal substitutions cannot be accommodated.
